This disperser is used for residual water homogenization, pigment breakdown, emulsions dispersion etc.
It works with rotor-stator system, where the media is aspired by the rotor and laterally pushed through the stator slots. When the stator and the liquid movements leave, they act as current interrupters that avoid the liquid rotation (vortex), phenomenon that happens while the liquids are being stirred. During the dispersion, in a much reduced space, about 1000 times more mechanic energy is used than in conventional stirring, turning the operation really efficient and quick.
